Cute. You are an absolutist,  If you wish to deny creative license to  reinterpret and to adapt Sneewitchen, then  Snow White must always be portrayed by a German peasant girl speaking in low German, using  low German idioms and vernacular.

 

It is an accepted practice to reinterpret  roles. If that wasn't a case, then many operas  would cease to exist. Ever hear of West Side Story? It is a modern version of Romeo and Juliet. The Magnificent Seven is a remake  version of Akira Kurosawa's 1954 Japanese film Seven Samurai. Your logic  holds that  those two films should have neverrbeen made because they  don't have Romeo and Juliet as Italians, but Puerto Ricans and white guys. Trump's leadership continues to threaten the stability of the world economy. He is a hazard, is highly unstable, and is one of the most dangerous people in the world. 

 

One thing is certain. He is accomplishing very little, he will NOT bring manufacturing back to America, which is stupid over priced (I am here now and inflation is raging at 20% or higher right now), he is causing alot of pain, he is losing support, destroying businesses, and consumer confidence, he does not have a coherent plan, and he is a destructive nimwit.

I am boycotting the USA and will not visit there or buy their products for the 4 years that Trump, Vance and

his gang of misfits in government are in power. I hope the majority of the USA will vote these people out of power in

the next election.

The January wildfires exacerbated these concerns, as producers and crews reconsider filming in Los Angeles—a city where production has fallen by nearly 40% over the last decade.

 

The competitive gap highlights urgent conversations underway in Hollywood, with industry leaders urging Governor Gavin Newsom to enhance California's own tax incentives to retain and attract productions. In this delicate climate, former Commerce official William Reinsch warns that retaliatory tariffs from overseas could prove disastrous for the American industry. "The retaliation will kill our industry. We have a lot more to lose than to gain," Reinsch asserts, questioning the viability of Trump's national security argument for films.
