If you are going to offer up a Latin legal expression, please make sure that you spell it correctly. "Habeus corpus"

Thanks I appreciate it

I suggest to you most people are not too happy with a known white nationalist being so close to the seat of power. One can see his influence in Trump's decisions. Sadly approx 84 million people didn't vote in the elections so now you have this grub contributing to the erosion of the Rule of Law in the US and America's credibility on the international stage. Very sad to observe so many people with their eyes firmly closed to the destruction going on around them.

Do you think voting should be made compulsory?

Yes, good idea; it's HABEAS CORPUS, not habeus corpus.

Are you a fan of Mr Goebbels the rasist Nazi propaganda minister?I know miller is Jewish but the similarities are striking just replace Jews with immigrants and ya got him to a tee a real toilet rat.

Honestly, of all the bottom dwellers and clowns Trump has filled his administration with Miller's the one that disgusts me the most. And yes, he totally looks and acts like a rat.

Best known since 1215 in the Magna Carta.

Vaguely remember some history lesson in school.

But who cares about this outdated stuff

In the United States it is only to be used during a time of war an active invasion of the USA. the only time I’m aware of it being used was during the civil war when Washington was in danger of being ransacked by confederate forces….thats an armed invasion….a bunch of people chasing the possibility of getting ahead in life does not equate to an armed invasion by a hostile government.here’s another little tid bit ,if successful they could take ANYONE without due cause sound familiar???like the late 30s perhaps???NEVER AGAIN!!

You're assuming that those "84m" would not have voted in Trump's favour?

It's an alleged "consideration" not an enactment.

Even if it’s under consideration it must be called out at once!

Considering MAGA supporters all seem to vote, I think think those who did not voted actually did so I doubt it would have been to Trump's advantage

It's not an allegation it's a report on Stephen Miller's efforts to ease the process for deportations contrary to the Constitution by removing rights for the deportees.

Neither has it, so far, been enacted.  It's alleged to be happening...a consideration.

No, it's "habeas corpus", uncapitalised

No, actually it's habeas corpus without the inverted commas.

Not when the inverted commas are indicating a phrase to which I referred.

No.

A pphrase is a grammatical unit.  For instance, the English expression "the very happy hooker" is a noun phrase which contains the adjective phrase "very happy".

Habeas corpus is not a "phrase" it is actually a legal procedure.
