Nope. THe border is effectively closed. Almost no illegal crossings are happening.  There was no need for a "comprehensive immigration reform bill" at all. Just needed a President with a set of cojones. 

 

Most of those being deported have already had "due process". They are under deportation and removal orders.  

 

As for DEI, it is itself discriminatory and racist. Just look to South Africa to see DEI in action.

I was referng to the tightening of the border and the reduction of illegal crossing during Biden. The bipartisan bill would have done just as well without the need to seal the border.

 

Most is not good enough for due process. All must be allowed due process. The case of Rumeuga Ozturk and Mahmoud Khalil arrested without due process are example of reckless unlawfully acts. Trump want to suspend habeas corpus is a demonstration of his intend to deport without proper judiciary process. 

 

South Africa has issues that they have to grappled with like apartheid legacy, education, lack of representation that contributed to DEI failures. Poor equivalence that you try to make the case.

You pick rather...unsympathetic... characters to bolster your case. Two whiny terrorist supporters. I invite the Democrats to use them as their poster children for the upcoming midterms! But any law enforcement activity will have exceptions and errors. That does not negate the necessity of the activity though.  

 

As for the border, Biden started trying to tighten things up only with the 2024 election looming. A craven and sad political ploy. It was open season for 3 years before that. 

 

Eliminating DEI does not encourage racism and discrimination. Rather, it eliminates it. If "diversity" were actually a strength for organizations, then canny businessmen would do it without being pressured by the government.

You mean the way Biden reimplemented the Trump policies that he had canceled when he took office? 

 

Yeah, Biden opened the border, let millions of unvetted illegal aliens flood into the country, and then when his handlers figured out it was  going to cost them the election, they tightened it right up.
