still kicking Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago Do you need to go to the bathroom at night? Yes, I know if you drink or not. And I guess it all depends on how many hours you sleep. I sleep 9 hours a day( Average ), being retired, of course, I sleep more 1
scubascuba3 Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago I'm usually 2-3 times at night, depending how much I've drunk, if I've had a citrus fruit or even a single beer
kwonitoy Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago At age 67, once. try for 8 to 9 hours in bed I put that down to drinking a lot of water daily.
Sheryl Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Perfectly normal to get up once or twiceto pee. Some people are lighter sleepers than others so more easily awoken by bladder pressure. And of course fluid intske is a factor. Getting up to pee per se should not be a concern. What is important is 1. Whether you can easily initiate the flow and fully empty your bladder when you do. 2. Whether urge to pee occurs only when bladder is actually full/nearly full. 2. Whether there are other symotoms like leg/feet swelling swelling during the dsy or shortness of breath.

KhunLA Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Just now, faraday said: Magnesium Glycinate? Magnesium Citrate, and no diarrhea issues. Recommended daily serving size of 400mg (3 caps per day), so maybe the low dose of 133mg, once after dinner, avoids that common side effect. 1
himmel Posted 2 minutes ago Posted 2 minutes ago 80 years old, normaly 8 hours sleep a night with 1 break for pee, 2 breaks if ive had 3 beers.
