Has anyone used Friendly Thai Visa’s airport safe entry service? Only real experiences plz

Hi everyone,

I’d like to ask for some feedback or experiences regarding Friendly Thai Visa Services.
FB: https://www.facebook.com/people/Friendly-Thai-Visa-Services/61552069237778/

Here’s our situation:
My partner and I were studying in Thailand on an ED visa, which has now expired.
We left Thailand and tried to re-enter on a visa exemption but were denied entry at Bangkok Suv airport. Immigration told us to apply for an e-visa instead.

While researching solutions, we came across Friendly Thai Visa Safe Services.
We contacted them via Facebook and WhatsApp.
They offered us a “safe entry” airport service for 8K THB per person.

How they described it:

  • We book a flight to BKK Suvarnabhumi at specific arrival times they suggest.

  • Upon arrival, someone will be waiting to escort us directly to an immigration officer, skipping the normal queue.

  • The officer will stamp a new 60-day Tourist Visa into our passports “without any questions asked”.

  • The whole process is supposed to take about 5 minutes, and then we are free to go.

They guaranteed us that there would be no problems or questions at immigration, and that the passport stamp is official and valid for domestic and international flights afterwards.

We want to know:

  • Has anyone here actually used this specific airport service with Friendly Thai Visa?

  • Did it work exactly as promised?

  • Were you asked anything by immigration or did they check any documents or cash?

  • Did you have any problems afterwards with airlines or at exit immigration?

We are quite stressed and want to make sure this is truly legit before committing to it, as 8K THB per person is not a small amount for us.

Any real feedback, tips, or warnings would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you so much in advance for sharing your experiences.

Why you didn't just do a border bounce? It's easier and you wouldn't have any issues to come back

Now it's more complicated to try to return to Thailand via air

You can still get stopped at a land border and refused entry

The OP is currently in Vietnam.

Entry via land border not straight forward.

yeah but why didn't he try to cancel his ED visa first at the immigration and then  just use a border bounce company? Because now they want to come back here but they got denied. Much easier just do a border bounce in my opinion 😉

Fact is he didn't.

Now needs plan moving forward.

in fact what i am saying is that now it's too late for a border run, they have made a mistake to leave the country if they want to come back now

He needs to get a guaranteed entry , how he gets back isn't important

Great. Now you can stop posting suggestions that are not applicable to his situation.

not with a border run company

Your posts make zero sense.

The use of border run company would have been bounce from Thailand to eg Cambodia border.

OP did not do that.

Move on.

best safe entry service,  you can book and travel without hassle

Exactly.

Also given they had ED visa the 8k per person quoted is on the money.

If just visa exempt overload that would have been maybe 4500b.

Live and learn.

Your suggestion is best option.

Hi everyone, thank you so much for all your replies and advice so far — we really appreciate it! 🙏

Just to clarify our situation a bit more:

- We were in Thailand on a one-year ED visa, which expired recently.

- We left Thailand on time to avoid overstaying and we had the brilliant idea to fly to Vietnam without any agent or similar, planning to re-enter on a visa exemption, as we are from  EU and have done that before without any issues (we did that before we had a one-year ED visa track record in our passport, so that’s probably one reason we got investigated).

- Unfortunately, when we landed at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi a few days ago, immigration denied us entry and sent us back to Vietnam. They told us we must apply for a Tourist E-Visa instead of using the exemption.

Now we’re in Vietnam and want to return because we still have personal belongings there.
After being denied once, we really can’t risk being refused again — it’s stressful and expensive.

We contacted several agents for help.
One agent (not FTV) told us that we have been flagged in the immigration system under sections 2, 3, and 9 — but they didn’t explain what those mean, saying it’s “only for immigration use,” so we honestly have no idea what that implies.

Friendly Thai Visa (FTV) offered us their “Safe Entry” airport service for 8K THB per person. They said someone will wait for us at BKK airport, escort us directly to an immigration officer, and we’ll get a new 60-day Tourist Visa stamp with no questions asked, all done in about 5 minutes.
We have seen many different prices posted online for the same service, so we asked about that too. FTV explained to us:

“Price depends on customer case — we have some 4500, 5000, 7000, 8000, 13,000. Variety price that ask from team so your case officer mentioned too seriously than normal so need to pay many parties. We cannot tell much more details.”

So far, we haven’t found any clear, recent feedback about this exact service, so we are hoping to hear from real people who used it at BKK airport:

  • Did it work exactly as described?

  • Were you asked anything by immigration or needed to show cash, bank statements, or an exit ticket?

  • Did you have any problems traveling domestically or internationally afterwards?

We are trying to be very careful because we can’t afford to be bounced again.

Any genuine feedback, tips, or warnings would mean a lot to us — thank you so much for helping us decide what to do next! 🙏

maybe it's for this reason that you have been denied to come back to thailand. Immigration officer think you better get a proper visa (long term for example)

In this very thread I asked @thai006 to post his very recent positive experience.

His fee was 4500 however had no ED visas

8k seems reasonable and yes it will be fine.

Also works as described.

Staying in Vietnam in order to obtain a eVisa (tourist visa) would not guarantee smooth entry to Thailand.

Good luck

The mention of "sections 2, 3, and 9" apparently is a reference Section 12 of the Immigration Act:

Quote

Section 12. Aliens falling into any of the following categories are excluded
from entering the Kingdom —

(2) Having no appropriate means of living on entering the Kingdom;
(3) Entering the Kingdom to earn livelihood as a labourer or to be hired to do physical work and not skilled, or technical work, or to do other works in violation of alien working laws;

(9) Having no money or bond as prescribed by the Minister’s publication
under Section 14;

Section 14. The Minister shall have power to publish in the Government
Gazette requiring the aliens entering the Kingdom to have with them either money or bond, or shall have power to make exemption under any conditions.

You're mistake was thinking you could bounce out back by air after being on an ED visa without any issue. Sadly you found out, that was not the case.

That's what I was trying to say 🥱

Thank you so much everyone for all your help and detailed replies — it really means a lot to us! 🙏

We still have one more concern about which airport to depart from in Vietnam, so we created a new topic as a follow-up:
👉 Should we fly back to Bangkok from the same Vietnam airport we were sent back to?

If you have any advice or experience about that, we’d be so grateful if you could take a look there too.

Thanks again to this amazing community for guiding us through this stressful situation! 🙏

Ok last few questions, does anyone have records of these bank accounts where I am supposed to send the transfer?
Any scam record or anything that rings a bell?

For heavens sake.

Pity you didn't do same level of extensive research prior to trying a bounce via air with extensive history in Thailand including ED visa. Or was it two.

Perhaps stay in Phu Quo

Funny that IOs that want to deny you entry never ask you about the cash/cards you have with you...
