That was my thinking as well until I went to my local shop to resupply. She's getting rid of all her product while waiting for the police telling her to shutdown.

Prostitution isn't illegal on paper.  Many aspects of it are, but paying for sex is not against the law in Thailand.  Imagine if it was!!

 

The medical aspect of the new restrictions on selling/buying cannabis suggest there will still be plenty of loopholes.  I do, howeevr, feel sorry for those who have invested in a business selling it which may now be closed down.

Not so different from what it used to be. Had to be pretty stupid being caught with drugs before the legalization of weed.

The majority of people in Thai jails are there for drugs.

I was thinking of normal expats who use weed or any other recreational drug. Not those who are addicted or those who got involved in criminal activities involving drugs.
