Have you got anything to back that up ?

As he has been convicted, why would he be let out on bail ?

The time spent in a cell, between now and sentencing, will be taken into consideration when he is sentenced.

Back up.

Last sentence on BBC report.'A hearing is due to take place on Thursday to decide if he can be released on bail in the meantime'

See the post you responded to.

This is probably just his lawyer being the end of a bell, and being a pest.

Odd that MEN who covered every day of the trial, deliberation and verdict, did not mention what is reported by the BBC.

The guilty verdict was the easy part. There was too much footage for anything else and it was a jury rather than a member of the 2 tier "justice" system who decided that. Well done to the jury.

Bringing charges in the first place was the second most difficult part. They desperately wanted it to just go away and they hung on for as long as they could. We have to offer Nigel Farage huge thanks for holding their feet to the fire on this and forcing them to eventually bring charges by threatening to do it himself.

The most difficult part will be the sentencing. The judge will be very reluctant to impose an appropriately long sentence. Fortunately, this has blown up into such a huge story now that he may have no choice. Let's hope so.

At least the racist 2 tier sentencing guidelines will not give him an out. For now.

This is hilarious to read. You must be gutted when Muslims/brown people actually get arrested, go through the criminal justice system, go to trial and get found guilty. It takes away your opportunity to cry "conspiracy", or to be aggrieved as a white person. I do feel for you.

So when they above happens (as it generally does) rather than just quietly ignore it you then make up things to be aggrieved about! Ah, they only got found guilty because there was too much heat. Righty ho. Lucky it wasn't the "two tier" justice system in this case, phew.

Ah but wait, there's more! They only got prosecuted in the first place because of Farage! If it wasn't for him and his pesky meddling they would have got away with it! You actually believe the Crown Prosecution Service only prosecuted because that saggy faced fog horn opened his gob? You are the most gullible, most easily malleable follower he could ever wish for, literally you are Farage's wet dream. He is a bandwagon jumping opportunist, nothing more.

But you're not done yet, now you're imagining the judge doesn't want to give him a lengthy sentence.........because he's muslim, right? Feeling aggrieved by something that hasn't happened, and already got your excuse in for why it did happen if it does (only because of the heat, too hot for two tier blah blah vomit).

Absolutely hilarious to watch you flounder around.

One thing is certain if the Locals hit the Streets MSM will not broadcast it. Through the risk of Racial Tensions that could arise.

Another imagined scenario. Another imaged conspiracy.

Try commenting after things actually happen, not getting upset by things you have only imagined might happen at some point in the future, possibly.

More gaslighting. More verbal diarrhea. 😃

I realize you must be disappointed to see one of your ilk convicted of violently assaulting 2 women but do try to keep your emotions in check. If you're lucky, he might still only get the suspended sentence you are so desperate to see.

More made up nonsense from our chief nonsense poster.

How is he "my ilk"? Care to explain what that means? Please, I am all ears.

And I have clearly stated in numerous posts that I hope he gets the maximum jail time possible. So please don't make stuff up about me or what I want, it is very undignified and doesn't do you any favours at all.

Have i got to U tube it for you joe ?

I was asking why they were protesting. I was wondering whether you were regurgitating the protest from almost a year ago when we only had the head stamp video. Or if there was a fresh protest even after the full story came out. So is this a new recent protest or are you talking about the one year old one?

Genuine question as I am not sure what you are referring to or why.

You know full well a video was posted showing the Mob protesting, and no im not looking through the thread for it Google it take you 2 Mins.

Jeez, I am not asking you for the video. I just asked if this was the protest from a year ago or is this a new protest. Do you not know?

I did Google by the way and only found the one year old video. So not sure what it has to do with the trial. Hence me asking if that is the right one or perhaps there has been a new protest? It's a simple question and I am not trying to catch you out.

Amaaz,s bail hearing has been put back to 26th of this month.... good keep the bar steward locked up followed by another couple of years in the slammer

Retrial on Count 2 scheduled for 07 April next year.

Quote

A bail application for Amaaz, who was remanded in custody after the verdicts were returned, was adjourned until 26 August.

Not sure why a bail application was made, for someone who has just been found guilty. Other than his lawyer being an absolute axe wound.

Time spent in custody, will count towards his eventual sentence.

If I was cynical, a one way thicket to Pakistan was the end game.

As the 2nd top poster in here. You appear to be willfully ignorant to much of the events leading up to the case coming to trial.

Which leads me to believe that 3 possible options apply, none of them makes you look very good.

That's funny, when I'm the only one who has actually explained the actual process that lead up to the trial rather than posting rubbish like they were trying to make it go away, the trial only happened because of Farage. I think you'll find I'm not the willfully ignorant one.

Yep.

1.  High level of violence.

2. It was done to a female police officer and a female emergency worker.

3. It was done in a public place with members of the public around.

5 years.

Of course, the usual sympathizers will be hoping it's a suspended sentence so they can come on here and troll people and call them "far right" for condemning this violence. Sad people.

I don't know anyone who wants them to get anything less than the maximum sentence, and I certainly don't recall seeing any posts to that effect. I don't know anyone who sympathises with them either. Maybe you can point out one of these posts. Except you can't. Because there aren't any.

Dear old Jonny making things up again....

The arse skelping you are getting on this thread. Are you the twin brother of Chopper Higgot ?

If an "arse skelping" is other people not responding to my challenges when I call our their lies or - being kind - "misinformation", and instead just making stuff up that is easily ridiculed, then okie dokey, "arse skelping" it is.

No one answers evidence or direct points. Just deflect and make up. Rinse and repeat. Like I said, it is funny watching you all flounder and come back with precisely nothing, every single time.

More "alter ego" than "twin brother" I suspect. 😃
