Crime Three Brothers Attacked by Local Gang Outside Popular Ayutthaya Nightclub

Three brothers were brutally assaulted by a group of local youths outside a well-known nightclub in the heart of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya in the early hours of the morning. The eldest brother suffered severe injuries, including a double jaw fracture and a broken nose. Their distraught mother has vowed to take legal action to the fullest extent.

 

A widely circulated video clip, filmed by the youngest of the siblings, shows the three brothers surrounded by more than ten assailants before violence erupted. One of the attackers is seen landing the first blow, triggering a violent group assault.

 

The victims were identified only by their first names: Nattawut 22, who remains hospitalised, Anirut 21, who sustained facial and bodily injuries and Sorrayut 20. The group had gone out together with two friends for a night of entertainment, entering the venue at around 21:00 on 11 July.

 

Speaking from their family home in Wang Noi district, Anirut and Sorrayut recounted the ordeal. They explained that while inside the club, their table was positioned near the centre of the venue, while the group that later attacked them was seated near the toilets. Although there were a few tense exchanges of glances, no confrontation occurred inside the premises.

 

Trouble started after the club closed at around 01:30. As the brothers exited and prepared to leave, the group of local youths confronted them, asking if there was a problem. A security guard attempted to mediate and the brothers insisted they wanted no trouble. However, moments later, more of the gang appeared and encircled them.

 

Without warning, one attacker punched Nattawut in the face, knocking him to the ground. What followed was a sustained group beating, particularly targeting his face and head. When the younger brothers tried to intervene, they too were attacked, grabbed, punched and kicked.

 

The youngest sibling, aged 16, who had been filming the incident for evidence, managed to avoid physical harm. However, one of the gang members noticed he was recording and attempted to grab his phone, demanding he delete the footage.

 

Their mother, Mrs. Busaya, spoke tearfully about the moment she saw her eldest son in hospital. “His face was covered in blood. His jaw and nose were broken. He couldn’t speak. I couldn’t believe my children, who just went out for a night with friends, were attacked like this. They are good boys. They’ve never been in trouble,” she said.

 

“I wouldn’t object if it were a fair fight one-on-one. But this was a mob attack. They beat all three of my sons. I will fight for justice,” she added.

 

A formal complaint has been filed at Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Police Station and authorities have confirmed they are investigating the assault.
