How do, could you elucidate?

It was a question.  Some seem to think there's "two-tier" justice in the UK, and only those on the right get arrested/prosecuted.  It is, of course, nonsense.

Spraying paint on military jets, as Palestine Action did at RAF Brize Norton on June 20, 2025, causing £7 million in damage, is classified as terrorism in the UK under the Terrorism Act 2000.

You hoped wrong!   Palestine Action was proscribed as a terrorist organization under the Terrorism Act 2000 on July 5, 2025, following a vote in Parliament (385–26 in the House of Commons).

No, facts are.

The Terrorism Act 2000’s definition of terrorism—specifically, actions involving serious property damage or violence intended to influence government policy or intimidate the public. Key incidents include:

RAF Brize Norton Infiltration (June 2025): Activists broke into the UK’s largest airbase, vandalizing two military aircraft with red paint, causing £7 million in damage. This was cited as a major catalyst for the proscription.

Campaign Against Defense Firms: The group targeted companies like Elbit Systems, accused of supplying weapons to Israel, through break-ins, vandalism (e.g., spray-painting, smashing windows), and blockades. These actions disrupted operations and caused significant financial loss.

This guy is off his proverbial rocker..???

Evidence supports 500–1,000 attendees, with Defend Our Juries’ 1,000+ being the highest estimate, contested by police and media. No primary source (police, organizers, or news) supports 10,000, suggesting an exaggeration, possibly to emphasize the protest’s scale or policing response

So which members of PA have been charged with acts of terrorism, and please provide a link to the charges laid.

The government was right to label these enemies of the British state a terrorist organization. One of the few positive things they have done.

FYI showing support for terrorists online is a serious business Chomps. Your Guardian subscription and Palestine flag may not be an adequate defense.

The members of Palestine Action charged with acts of terrorism following the RAF Brize Norton incident on June 20, 2025, are:

Amy Gardiner-Gibson, 29

Jony Cink, 24

Daniel Jeronymides-Norie, 35

Lewie Chiaramello, 22

Muhammad Umer Khalid, 22

They were charged with conspiracy to commit criminal damage and conspiracy to enter a prohibited place for a purpose prejudicial to the safety or interests of the UK under the Terrorism Act 2000. These charges stem from the incident where two RAF Voyager aircraft were damaged with red paint and crowbars, causing an estimated £7 million in damage.Additionally, since Palestine Action was proscribed as a terrorist organization on July 5, 2025, under Section 3 of the Terrorism Act 2000, other individuals have been arrested for terrorism-related offenses, primarily for showing support for the group. As of August 7, 2025, 10 people have been charged with terrorism offenses, including:

One person arrested under Section 11 (membership of a proscribed organization).

58 people arrested under Section 12 (inviting or recklessly expressing support for a proscribed organization or arranging meetings).

162 people arrested under Section 13 or 13A (wearing or displaying articles, or publishing images, that arouse reasonable suspicion of membership or support for a proscribed organization).

Thank you for the link Jonny, I’ve added the BBC report of their appearance in court from which we learn:

“Four suspects aged between 22 and 35 appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday charged with conspiracy to commit criminal damage, and conspiracy to enter a prohibited place knowingly for a purpose prejudicial to the safety or interests of the UK, Counter Terrorism Policing South East said.”

Note they are not charged with terrorism offenses.

So I’ll ask again, does anyone have evidence of PA committing terrorist offenses?

There is no Palestine and never was, so no action needed. The Quran never mentions Palestine even once for a reason.

Dismissing the existence of Palestine based on whether it’s mentioned in the Quran is like saying the United States didn’t exist before 1776 because it wasn’t in the Bible. Historical and political realities aren't determined by the content of religious texts.

Palestine has been a recognized geographic and cultural region for centuries, referenced by Greeks, Romans, Ottomans, the British, and many others. It existed under the British Mandate, and before that under the Ottoman Empire. Even the UN uses the term.

While the BBC article itself does not label these charges as "terrorism" offenses, the charge under the National Security Act 2023 implies a terrorism-related context, as this legislation addresses acts that threaten national security, which can include terrorism. Additionally, other sources, such as the Counter Terrorism Policing South East statement, explicitly note that the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) is presenting evidence of a "terrorist connection" under the Terrorism Act 2000 for these charges. The proscription of Palestine Action as a terrorist organization on July 5, 2025, further frames these charges in a terrorism context, though this occurred after the BBC article’s publication.

The absence of the word "terrorism" in the July 3 BBC article may reflect cautious reporting, as the charges were still under judicial review, and the proscription of Palestine Action as a terrorist group had not yet occurred. However, the broader context from other sources, including later arrests and the group’s proscription, confirms that terrorism-related charges are part of the legal proceedings against these individuals.

Silly comment, the Quran mentions the children of Israel 43 times and indicates Allah gave then their homeland. So how come they are accused of illegally occupying it 1400 hundred years later? Palestine has never existed, made up as a cause by Arafat in the 1960's.

Same old lies, it has never been a country, and never will be unless another country is renamed Palestine

The five individuals were charged with:

Conspiracy to commit criminal damage (Criminal Law Act 1977).

Conspiracy to enter a prohibited place (National Security Act 2023).

Muhammad Umer Khalid also faced a charge under Section 41 of the Terrorism Act 2000 for “commission, preparation, or instigation of acts of terrorism,” directly tying his case to terrorism.

The proscription of Palestine Action as a terrorist organization on July 5, 2025, after the BBC article, further frames these charges as terrorism-related, as the group’s actions (e.g., £7 million in damage to RAF aircraft) were cited as meeting the UK’s terrorism definition, which includes serious property damage to intimidate or influence.
