No in the countries that i know kids go to the nearest school at their house..they don't need to go to school at 6 o'clock

I know.. my partner said that the 2.000 thb fine for no helmet could not be enforced as the poor people could not pay it. I told that buying and wearing a helmet was much cheaper and safer, but Thai people don:t understand it, always excuses for not doing things. That is why it is a mess in Thailand, as all laws have escapes

another empty promise.. enforce regulation what a joke, only farangs get enforced.. one time got a ticket and 3-6 bikes driven by 12-16 yr olds drove by while BiB was collecting my money.. not even a glance at them...  

The allowance for under age kids to drive bikes so they can go to school, is the backward thinking of ALL these leaders!  reason they can't even come close to reducing the problem. This exception is the reason Thailand has a factory of death it begins right here with this exception!

I'm going to go out on a limb and bet you're not American.  Every American kid grew up with stories from their parents about how they had to walk to school in the snow, 5 miles and uphill both ways.  I forgot to mention barefoot...
