Prison systems are set up that when someone enters with a health issue the are automatically sent to the medical ward in the prison. They do not wait a few days to do this. While in quarantine he was assessed, or should have been and then assigned his place in the prison. They do not move you to the general population and then in a day or 2 or 3 move you to the medical side. 

So something is up with this move. 

You forgot he was in quarantine first with boiled eggs and coffee and watching TV

yes and they probaby dropped off all the required envelopes to those in charge, this is Thailand and this is how the rich get by. The man shows no signs of illness while outside prison but as soon as he is back in he becomes too sick to serve his time, the envelopes just make it easier for him to do so, nothing a  lump of lead wouldnt fix

I guess that he urgently needed to see a foreign doctor to obtain a health certificate for diseases, that no thai-doctor would dare to issue. That could be why he redirected his flight to Dubai, instead of heading back home to Thailand, when the airport in Singapore was closed.

He was actually moved on Monday the 15th.  What boggles my mind is that there is nothing in BKK Post about this, and only just now showed up on here.   Bit weird, last time the whole country was up in arms, now they seem to be sweeping it under the rug.

When he is out of jail he is very healthy, now again he has suddenly health problems again. Maybewe must read wealthy in strad of healthy. 

Well if the thai people accept this they are stupid   shame on you thailand
