As the world is today, there are just too many countries that have strange choices for persons leading their country. 

It seems like anyone who wish, just can run a campaign, and just be elected out of having a certain slogan, some fresh phrases and just create a popularity magnet. There just seems like there are no qualifications needed or any experience from similar lower positions.

In the USA banging a President or New York mayor seems to be qualification enough.
