October 5, 2025Oct 5 I'm in search of the following oils for a few different reasons 1) Magic liniment oil that goes deep to relieve lower back pain, additional occasional stiffness. Diclofenac gel does next to nothing. Prefer non smell or not smell of tiger balm / medicine if possible. Not a fan of greasy ointment. Some other medicine from pharmacy would be good or better (I'm trying to cut out use of NSAIDs). 2) Warming lotion/gel/oil. I see Durex has a product, but it's ridiculously expensive at 100ml 400b Thank you for your knowledge
October 5, 2025Oct 5 Have you considered "Magnesium Oil"? It's just magnesium chloride (Shopee or Lazada) dissolved in water. No smell. Easy to prepare yourself and dirt cheap.

Seems odd to apply. Maybe mixed with something. Aloe comes to mind but it's expensive as well. Small tube b90 like that

As for application...a spray bottle (duh) For anyone that is curious/ later https://www.healthline.com/health/magnesium-oil-benefits#side-effects-and-risks Appreciated

Well, those that are googled are mainstreet sites definitely bias and paid for. "fact checking" is of no use . What to do ? Well, for those looking for so called natural solutions instead of allopathic ones...... it is a long process . reading, finding sources/people you think you can trust .... then starting slow with trial and error . slow ! don't overload , give things a chance which means some time. for instance... you mention magnesium glycinate , which is ok .... but magnesium chloride (from my research) is much better for muscle issues. I would have to go through my research to find you some links. What you can do when someone like me suggests something is type in " is magnesium chloride the best form to take as a supplement" . that should get your search started . healthline, harvard health, stanford , mayo clinic, webmd ..... all allopathic big pharma mouthpieces . going "alternative" takes commitment ! many times i almost gave up and ran to a "doctor". For stomach issues they will all put you on a PPI , with some other stuff. BADDDDD . cholesterol ? statins ! badddddd on and on. Earth Clinic . its a start . mind boggling at first . I am a good source to make suggestions for issues i know about personally . but i am not a debater . note : AI is generally very biased . must scroll down and hopefully find one site that can be of use ( again, the MS ones are bias )

Internet information is practically worthless and become more so with each passing day. Magnesium chloride this sounds more like medicine than a supplement. I've never heard of it not that that matters nor seen it that I'm aware of in search of supplement Beginning to think I have Myofascial pain syndrome
