Gluten Ataxia Advice

Featured Replies

A mate who was a long term resident in Thailand previously is returning for a holiday.

He now suffers from Gluten Ataxia and he is also a vegan which complicates it more.

Are there any other sufferers  in the forum who could offer advice on restaurants and  supermarkets who have a "gluten free" aisle?

He is visiting Bangkok, Asoke area, Pattaya, and Patong.

There aren't any "gluten free aisles" that I know of. But the rice-based Thai diet is naturally pretty gluten free.  And there are Thai vegetarian restaurants in both Bangkok and Pattaya.

Indian food (excluding the breads, obviously) would also be a good option.
