Vance: ‘I Don’t Really Care’ About Captured Narco Terrorists

Vice President JD Vance sparked outrage and applause in equal measure after delivering a defiant four-word message — “I don’t really care” — about the fate of two alleged narcoterrorists captured in a U.S. military strike on a drug-laden submarine off Venezuela’s coast.

President Donald Trump confirmed that the strike — the sixth in the Caribbean last month — destroyed what he called a “very large DRUG-CARRYING SUBMARINE” heading toward the United States. Two crew members were killed, while two survivors from Ecuador and Colombia were rescued and repatriated “for detention and prosecution,” according to Trump. The Pentagon later confirmed a seventh strike over the weekend, as the administration escalates its war on cartel-linked operations.

When pressed on why the men weren’t brought to the U.S. for trial, Vance was blunt: “What happens to them? I don’t really care, so long as they’re not bringing poison into our country.” He said the administration’s priority was to destroy the drugs, not debate jurisdiction.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Vance added, was handling each case individually, deciding whether suspects should be prosecuted in the U.S. or by partner nations. Vance framed the operations as part of a broader “war on narcoterrorism,” likening the situation to combat zones where treatment of captured combatants depends on “the circumstances on the ground.”

Trump claimed the submarine strike “saved at least 25,000 lives,” though the figure remains unverified. Meanwhile, U.S. intelligence officials warn that heightened activity in the Caribbean could signal political instability in Venezuela and greater cartel coordination across the region.

Key Takeaways:

  • JD Vance said “I don’t really care” about fate of captured narco suspects.

  • U.S. struck and sank a “drug-carrying submarine” near Venezuela.

  • White House escalating Caribbean anti-cartel operations amid rising tensions.

Even if you dont care about a couple of ALLEGED drug smugglers. these perpertrators, witnesses, or victims (?), should be given a chance to tell their story in a court of law.

America pretends to be a democratic, lawfull country, but using war ships to  kill people in small craft in international waters without proven justification belies this. To kill first and claim guilt later is just murder.

They are not pirates attacking shipping.
