A federal judge castigated the Department of Homeland Security on Thursday for its aggressive use of force during an illegal immigration crackdown in Chicago in recent weeks, banning the use of tear gas and other crowd-control weapons “unless necessary to stop the immediate threat of physical harm.”

Actually, it's the rightwing hivemind that still believes that it was Comey that lied and not the government in its charging.

I dont think anyone is arguing that Comey did NOT lie. We know he did. He authorized the leaks to the media or leaked himself and then denied having done so under oath.

I am questioning whether lying under oath is viewed as a good thing or a bad thing by the irrational haters?

False. Among others, no less a personage than Andrew McCarthy, a very right wing guy and former federal prosecutor, lays out why and how Comey didn't lie. And how incompetent the prosecution is, as well.
