The Trump DOJ’s Vindictive Reply to Comey’s Claim of Vindictive Prosecution

This week thus produced one of the most bizarre submissions to a court that I’ve seen from the Justice Department (which is saying something after more than 40 years of working in and then closely following the DOJ’s doings.

Is Comey above the law? I thought the lefts narrative was NOBODY is above the law. Most confusing Im afraid.

McCarthy's point is that allegations of Comey's wrongdoing may have genuine merit, none of that was relevant to the charges against him. So, basically, the purpose of this document was to slime him.  Which is not what such a document is supposed to do. Kind of self-defeating, really. If you're confused, read the article. It will clear things up for you.

Yes I believe we covered all this when the lawfare against Trump by deranged leftists wasted 10s of millions of $$ by him having to employ teams of lawyers and totally wasted his time and energy when he should have been able to concentrate on his campaign. We pointed out it was the process being used as the punishment. 

Did you voice concern then? No. No you did not. Yet you see to whine now that a millionth of a % of this process punishment is hurting Comey? Your stance is quite bizarre in its dishonesty Im afraid Alan.
