A bus carrying passengers lost control and overturned onto the central reservation on Sukhumvit Road, just before Prasae Junction, Klong Din Subdistrict, Klaeng District, Rayong Province, on 12 November 2025 at approximately 11:00. More than 20 passengers were on board, with many sustaining injuries caused by the impact. Rescue teams quickly arrived on scene to assist those affected.

The bus was found lying on its side, damaged, with some windows shattered. Passengers who were unharmed were moved to nearby roadside shops to rest, while medical personnel provided initial first aid and support. Preliminary reports suggest the crash may have been caused by the driver falling asleep at the wheel.

Local authorities are currently investigating the precise cause of the crash. Officials are reviewing the vehicle’s condition and examining witness accounts to determine contributing factors.

Investigators will continue gathering evidence, including interviewing the driver and passengers. The police are expected to release a formal report once the investigation concludes. Authorities also plan to remind drivers about the dangers of fatigue and adverse road conditions.
