I saw the TrueVisions PVR option on UBC last night. I'm not sure how long it has been there, but it looks interesting.

I have a hunch that it is a Tivo box similar to what is provided in the US.

Although it may be too expensive as a service, it might solve timed channel change problems I have, in addition to other scheduling problems.

I'm wonder if anyone has signed up for the beta program.

I also wonder what kind of outputs the PVR set top box has - i.e., S-video, RGB, coax?

I'm not promoting this in any way, but, if it turns out to be worthwhile, I'll wish it had come out a year ago! :o
