The QCPD is working with different police units to support the Fairview Police Station, which is leading the inquiry.

The missing bride-to-be was last seen at North Fairview Petron in Quezon City. According to her fiancé, Mark Arjay Reyes, Sherra left their home to buy shoes for their wedding, which was scheduled for December 14. Her family is offering a ₱20,000 reward for any information that could help locate her.
