I do not support deportation without due process which is what the Dems are fighting for.

While I don't doubt you believe that, it is simply not true. If it were true that the left were only concerned about due process, they would be in the court, and cooperating with ICE, not protesting, rioting and doxing ICE agents. 

 

Once an illegal alien has had an order of removal issued, that is all the due process they are entitled to. 

 

There have been a few mistakes, but virtually every deportation has been completely legal.

Need correction to understand due process which is protected by the 5th and 14th Amendment and applies to ALL individuals in the US regardless of their immigration status.

 

Order of removal will need to be sent to the individual in writing citing the allegation/s against him NOT snatch from the streets. That is illegal. Other legal due process followed like opportunity to be heard and appeal. ICE's gestapo style detaining is illegal and challenged in court.

While everyone in the US has due process rights, everyone does not have the same due process rights.
