If you think the US want to pull out of Ramstein or Mildenhall, you are mightily confused and have no idea of the value of US overseas bases, particularly in relation to air power. The US military is absolutely intending to keep its essential bases in Germany, the UK, Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, the Baltics etc.

Your statement (which has now inexplicably shifted) was that having acquired Greenland, the US would no longer have any us for any NATO bases. You have no idea what you are talking about. Just for starters, how are you going to run operations from Greenland during the Arctic winter. Ramstein alone is the size of a large town.

The U.S. needs the bases in Europe absolutely. They've been used extensively to launch attacks on every Muslim country in the middle east. Be a bit hard to do that from Greenland. Trump may try to pull out of NATO, but my guess is if he did so, the Germans, Italians and maybe even the Brits would kick out the U.S. forces and bases in their countries. Also, my guess is NATO can survive - and will do so - with or without the U.S. as it's in their best interests with the Russian threat.

This says it all. And it demonstrates Trump's unstable state of mind. He has actually made a US military enlargement less likely with his threats. Somebody needs to shut him down.
