February 16Feb 16 Sorry a bit off topic.I ran one time in Vancouver where apparently drinking in public places is not allowed. On a piece of waste ground was a group of 25 or so with two guys sat in a tub of ice.A car came bouncing across the lot. Police."Oh its you lot. We've had complaints about the singing" said one officer who had exited the car."Yeah, its not very good" Was the response. The second officer in the car had to cover his face he was laughing so much."I want yo lot gone in 5 minutes" trying to keep a straight face"How about 20"?"Ok ten, but no more"Another occasion on another visit, there was beer in the back of a rented movers truck and hare had accidentally locked the rear door.I know a number said one Hasher who rang it."North Vancouver Fire dept." said the answerer."Do you have bolt cutters? We've locked a padlock on a truck and the keys are inside""We don't do non-emergency calls. What's in the truck?""Beer""We'll be there in 10 mins"Sure enough a big red truck came bouncing across a field.

The great thing I like about having my own gym, I don't have to wait on anyone else. My resistance training is about moving from an exercise for a muscle group, and then moving to another exercise for an opposing muscle group. Max time training is between 10 to 12 minutes max. I'm constantly moving. What's the price of a annual fitness center / gym nowadays? The home gym cost me around 14K THB. I'll make up the price in a year and get more exercise because I don't have to travel to get to the gym, plus saving the cost of petrol. Is that your coffin in the background?

It's illogical and counterintuitive. However, I see that behavior even today. These poor people must be psychological basket-cases. Well - each to their own. I'm sure they feel "safe" although they look ridiculous, in my own humble opinion that is. Surrounded by clean, fresh, ocean air, but opt instead to re-breath your own exhalations. 🤔 Nope - I don't get it.Absolutely!

February 16Feb 16 I have a suspicion that the OP is all talk and nothing he posts means anything.Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't he post that he was gonna start a three exercise workout with the bear hug lift, overhead lift, and kettlebell swing and ask for feedback? Now he is talking about boxing as means of regular exercise?I don't know, his topics can be interesting but he is kind of a BSer.
