All I had to bring was my (Norwegian) passport and original license for car, including international driver's licence. I was picked up at my condo. No medicals, COR or any of that.Convenient for people who don't want to scratch their heads too much, and want a smooth experience. Of course, you can use other agents, and pay extra so you can skip that test too, like with Mark at soi 6 (One Stop visa). But I can recommend Tiktok services.I did exactly this with TikTok also. Highly recommend them.

The one who approved it, didn't even watch my driving (one round around the simplest of courses). He was occupied signing the previous driver's approval, while the next driver were doing their "run". And so on. I can't imagine anyone would flunk that test, ever. The written test on the other hand, was tricky. Had to really study for that one. Some similar looking choice of answers, with the English language not at its best, and with 44 correct answers or less you would have to book a new appointment.

That test is ridiculously easy, and was not even watched or supervised when I did it at Banglamung. A man was only standing there, signing approvement papers in the middle of the track, half way.. It really was a joke. Maybe it's different at other offices though. No need for a car driving test (or a motorbike test) if you are converting your valid licence from your home country, into a Thai driver's licence. Not needed if you are renewing your existing Thai licence either. If you don't have a valid licence for car in the first place, that's a different matter, and not mentioned in this thread.

If not, and the starting point was a Facebook advert, I would be more wary,
