February 19Feb 19 Nothing to see here. Pattaya and Jomtien have been pumping raw <deleted> into the Gulf for decades. Can "clean up" the city but not deal with their own <deleted>. Disgraceful and disgusting that no one can swim in the ocean due to fear of catching diseases.BTW, if "clean up" means driving prostitution underground, that leaves women in the industry even more subject to risk and exploitation.
