The Baguio Flower Festival Foundation Inc. (BFFFI) confirmed that preparations for the Panagbenga Festival's grand parades on February 28 and March 1 are complete. The events will feature street dancing and float parades with 22 contingents and 30 floats participating. The BFFFI has coordinated with various groups to ensure peace, order, and security during the festival.
