If you don't want the machine, simply don't pay for it, and the driver will take it back. Not sure why driver stated you need to call Shopee to cancel, or stating they'll deliver it again, as by not accepting, you cancelled the order.

I'm not surprised that Shopee will not further surpue delivery or payment.

I'm sure, as a business activity they would want this finalised fast 'cancelled' and move on.
