Not even to speak of “sending a plane” thy lone carrier lies idle, ten days from readiness, and thy proud warship sits becalmed for want of powder.

Rule Britannia? Aye… once, perchance. Now but an echo upon the wind.

Spend not a single bullet, my lord, upon such hollow boasts. Let him stew in the brine of his own folly, whilst the world nips at his vanity.

I think it's safe to say that this war firmly comes under the definition of an "idiot plot".

Truth be told ,the far left prioritizing anti Western propaganda over actual freedom and human rights usually ends up enabling a different kind of tyranny. Same blind spot shows up today when some still defend Iran’s regime (or its proxies) as resistance while ignoring the theocratic nightmare it really is. Democracy's purveyors recognized this many years ago.

" In 1979 a revolution swept through Iran. Unlike our own revolution

that was motivated by liberty and independence, and the desire to

spread these democratic values, the anti-Western ideology that drove

Iran's revolt served to aggravate cultural and religious divides in the

Middle East and world-wide. Instead of democratic governance, this

struggle resulted in the installation of a retrograde authoritarian

theocracy".

My my, a hissy fit from riclag. Who would have thought it?

News flash - petrol in Australia is about 60 cents per litre more than before the village idiot in the White House started the war in Iran. In Thailand, gasoline is rationed.

Another news flash - respect can't be demanded. It has to be earned.

Is that right in Thailand it is currently rationed. I'm in the UK and am keeping my tank topped up just in case.

If I live for a million years I won't come even close to how your Orange Hero disrespects the authority of the office and the soldiers of the state. He is an utter and total disgrace and you for one seem to love him. Go and do the math. Plus you missed an apostrophe it's America's heros. Thankyou for your attention to this matter.

If everyone's a Nazi in your world view then no one is a Nazi. Apparently another user thinks I'm a commie not true I'm a democratic socialist but do like the 2 best Jews that ever lived - Karl Marx and Leon Trotsky. Now if Trotsky had finished off Stalin rather than the other way round we might be living in a different world now.

This is where it gets spicy. Trotsky was one of the first to sound the alarm about the Nazi party. Stalin’s policy for years was to let the German Left fight amongst themselves, which cleared a path for Hitler.

Earlier Conflict: Trotsky likely would have pushed for a "United Front" of socialists and communists in Germany to stop Hitler before 1933.

No Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact: It is highly unlikely Trotsky would have ever signed a non-aggression pact with Hitler. War between Germany and the USSR might have started much sooner, perhaps in the mid-1930s.

I grew up with JFK patriotism ,he saw the threat of Marxist . . JFK's anti communist stance during the Cold War, the Bay of Pigs, the Cuban Missile Crisis, and his famous Berlin speech, was a cornerstone of his presidency, rooted in defending liberal values from totalitarian ideologies.

Thank god Trump has smart Generals & advisors that can coordinate against international & domestic threat of the far left & all their terror proxies.

Oh. Just because a person has a Jewish grandparent that makes him a "Jew"? Sounds very National Socialist to me

So now you are calling Israel a National Socialist state? There are lots of folks out there who would agree with you.

"The Law of Return (Hebrew: חוק השבות, romanized: ḥok ha-shvūt) is an Israeli law, passed on 5 July 1950, which gives Jews, people with one or more Jewish grandparent, and their spouses the right to relocate to Israel and acquire Israeli citizenship.[1] Section 1 of the Law of Return declares that "every Jew has the right to come to this country as an oleh [immigrant]". In the Law of Return, the State of Israel gave effect to the Zionist movement's aim for the establishment of Israel as a Jewish state. In 1970, the right of entry and settlement was extended to people with at least one Jewish grandparent and a person who is married to a Jew, whether or not they are considered Jewish under Orthodox interpretations of Jewish law.[2]"

Why would someone support socialism? It's an ideology that has failed.

You may wish to check the Isareli Right of Return Law - so Marx if he found a time machine could theoretically move to Tel Aviv and live on stolen Palestinian land. He wouldn't want to though.Update his parents became Lutheran so he couldn't - the Nazis would have gassed him though. We can be certain of that.

Jewish ancestry amendment

The Law of Return was amended in 1970 to extend the right of return to some non-Jews.[8][9] Amendment number 2, 4a, states:

The rights of a Jew under this Law and the rights of an oleh under the Nationality Law, 5712-1952***, as well as the rights of an oleh under any other enactment, are also vested in a child and a grandchild of a Jew, the spouse of a Jew, the spouse of a child of a Jew and the spouse of a grandchild of a Jew, except for a person who has been a Jew and has voluntarily changed his/her religion.[10]

The law since 1970 applies to the following groups:

  • Those born Jews according to the Orthodox interpretation; having a Jewish mother or maternal grandmother.

  • Those with Jewish ancestry – having a Jewish father or grandfather.

  • Converts to Judaism (Orthodox, Reform, or Conservative denominations—not secular—though Reform and Conservative conversions must take place outside the state, similar to civil marriages).

Jews who have converted to another religion are not eligible to immigrate under the Law of Return, even though they are still Jews according to halakha.

You are on right top of the siege of Minneapolis, that Antifa terror hub in the land of sky-blue waters. Good deal. However there is a war, an actual war, going on in the Persian Gulf. Luckily we have President Trump.
