I know an autistic kid whose mother did not take antibiotics during her pregnancy, so, although I am sure overusing antibiotics can be catastrophic to the body, I would be wary of singling that out as a single cause while ignoring other much more probable ones such as heavy metals (which cause chronic inflammation of the brain).
