The sausage rolls in Siamburi's are quite good. It is all about personal taste and these are very similar to Greggs, if your a Brit you know.

Siamburi products are available through Expatfoods but not sure about the sausage rolls as they may be local.

I also quite like their Gala Pie.

PS Just had a look on the Expats website and gobsmacked they actually sell Greggs, but I have never seen them in Siamburi's. The ones I have are warm on the counter.

Taught my wife how to make them , she does a great job at it,

makes about 20 each , cornbeef and potato pastes, pork pies,

mince and onion ,mince and potato ,sausage rolls, not all at

the same time ,but one kind a week,

I usually buy Australian flour from Tops , but at the moment don't

have any kind of flour , don't know what happened there. easy to

make but you have to have an oven.

Thanks for that. Tried everything to get hold of him ... and now know 😏.

I also use this outlet https://sausagekingone.com/ the sausage rolls are very nice, and they also have mini sausage rolls. Sent by Inter Express temp controled transport. I have tried them all, Sloan's is the best but also the most expensive for cost and delivery.

If you require some nice pies head here - https://www.smokeymountainfoods.com/product-category/gourmet-heat-eat/mountain-man-pies/

I've seen the Greggs frozen sausage rolls (can't remember whether box of 4 or 8) at Villa Market, Paseo Shopping Mall, Latkrabang, Bangkok. Never looked for them at other Villa Market so no idea whether they all stock them. Think they were sub 400 baht for the box which is great value for 8 but acceptable even if only 4.

Also noticed some frozen Bird's Eye roast dinners next to them. Edible at a pinch and if slightly desperate.

I had some Sausage Rolls and a large pork pie also from Sausage King.

Couldn't fault either product.

I have never had Greggs frozen, only ever fresh, so not sure if they the same.

Ones I had from Siamburi were also fresh and if remember right 50 baht each.

Thanks . Your location could help to find an outlet that may provide what you are looking for . Now

Phetchabun covers a large area but I would recommend that you visit the Korat Chef in Korat or visit his web site . They carry all that you asked for and much more . My wife has a restaurant and I buy meat , groceries and fish etc from various Thai suppliers and Korat Chef will also deliver to you .

Fesh unfrozen greggs at Siamburi's .... do they fly them in daily ?

Make your own if you have the time. Lots of videos on Youtube, Paul Hollywood does a lovely loooking sausage roll. The hot water crust for pork pies is easy to make. The puff pastry for sausage rolls can be bought at Makro. Make the fillings yourself too, then you can vary the flavour to your taste.

I thought Steve shut down that business a few years ago. Or did he start again?

He sold the business to Maurice in 2019.

Nothing like a bit of context distortion. This is what I said

"The sausage rolls in Siamburi's are quite good. It is all about personal taste and these are very similar to Greggs, if your a Brit you know."
