New kitchen/fitter?

Want to upgrade it, don't like Ikea offers so went to Home Pro. They had just what we want but say they can only fit it if our counter is smashed up and build again, to put 3 doors in exactly the same size. Waste of money they will not do unless we agree to destroy the kitchen and start again.

Anyone have any suggestions of another place to go ?
