I voted he will but I really don't know. Trump doesn’t have any good choices now. But he's sending them so that indicates a go.

Picture Bill Murray from the scene in "Groundhog Day", at the bridge in the blizzard. "I'm thinking about it...". coffee1

He's a bully but he's bitten off more than he can chew and he knows it, so he won't.

General Bone spurs

Humankind has largely moved on from mocking people based on their immutable characteristics and disabilities. Of course the left don't abide by the rules they force on everybody else. Sad to see this bigotted behavior on display on a political forum.

Right. It even worse in cases where those alleged disabilities are fictitious.

No, I'm not. If a disabled person wants to keep their disability I don't see how I can get in the way of them keeping hold of it, In fact I can't even deny a non disabled person their fictional disability. All I can is point out its ephemeral connection to reality.

So you ARE denying a disabled person his/her disability. Thanks for clarifying.

I suppose you ought to be thankful Trump isn't a snow Mexican. He could hold up his disability Equity card and get to the front of any queue or debate. You guys made your bed🤣

I thought this summed up Trumps actions very nicely.

“For the world there is no longer any such thing as American credibility, just a strange reality television show in which the main actor swerves, bobs and weaves his way through crises, hoping that what he says today will solve the crisis caused by what he said yesterday,” Fareed Zakaria, foreign affairs analyst, said in an article in the Washington Post.

An impressive post. It reflects the "mental-state" of the most powerful person on the globe.

A mental-patient, confined in an "institution", with such "mental-fluctuations", would never be released to join the real world again. But this very person is the president of the US. Elected twice by the guards of the mental institution.

That whole country has gone insane. Re-electing a convicted felon con man is just a symptom of that. Don't care what any of them have to say about anything anymore. Don't want anything to do with any of them. Hoping Thailand starts denying them visas like they are starting to do with Thais.

Don’t shy away from sharing your mental health struggles; there’s a supportive community ready to help you. And don’t forget to wear your helmet—safety first, especially if you might bump your head again!

  • Popular Post

Hegseth (former Fox host, no prior executive military/policy experience at this level) has drawn sharp criticism for hawkish, religiously infused rhetoric: praying for "overwhelming violence" against Iran's "enemies of righteousness," framing the conflict in end-times/Christian nationalist terms, pushing "maximum lethality" over legal constraints, and dismantling some civilian-harm protocols.

Dangerous extremism that could influence targeting or escalation.

Well, in Trump's bizarro world Article 25 inspiring Iran war speech he didn't say one word about troops on the ground either way.

So overall as far as predictive value I would say no real change to the uncertainty.
