Do you have life outside the internet? I bet you don't. You can't name 1 exercise you do. Trolling a forum full of old men for years. Can't name 1 thing on topic.

And you cannot change your broken cr@p cut and pastes that you have used as Harrisfan and all your previous spoof names.

Good night troll, keyboard well!

Fat unhealthy people using saunas, waste of time, do exercise, eat better

Boxers use saunas all the time to lose weight for fights. That's the main use case. But in Finland I can see the value. Thailand is warm year round. Lots of great gyms.

Easy to lose water just outside, doing any exercise should lose 2kg even if you drink water

Mr Road needs to relax. Saunas aren't the panacea to all the ills of the world. No ones saying that. They may be a thing that have some benefits is all.

For a regular person yes. Boxers need to make weight and saunas speed it up.

You most certainly don't!

There has not been a single sauna in Thailand I have been to that did not have an ice bath (usually, a block of ice in a water basin; block ice is cheap enough here to do this); so this would not be a thing to worry about.

True

There is a weekly meet up for cold plunges on meetup.com.
