Recommendations for building contractor, Pattaya/Mabprachan

Featured Replies

I know, it is not really DIY since I am looking for someone to help with maintenance and upgrade of a multitude of tasks on a house that is around 25 years old.

We're talking about concrete/tiling work, plumbing, pumps and filters, carpentry, electrical, painting and whatnot.

One company that either have all these resources or have good connections they trust.

Ideally foreign owned/supervised due to my lacking local language skills. Or local with passable English skills is fine.

Pattaya/Mabprachan based or close by.

I know, I am probably delusional, but how close can I get?

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

There is an American owned ( I haven't seen him for about a year) long established business now based along the lake front heading for Pong. I would recommend my local builder.... but that was back in 2003 !!

Anyways > Alpha Design & Construction alphathai.com Tel +66 81 150 8129. Good luck & caveat emptor. 👍

I was going to post some photo info but I see this forum doesn't accept attachments anymore?

Thanks, I know this company, and was so pleased to have found them just next door so to speak. I did try them for a couple of small jobs, but it didn't turn out so well, since the American owner relies fully on subcontractors that will prioritise their own business before his. I also think the owner is retired by now, he said he was soon going to (this must have been 2-3 years ago now). This could have been great, but didn't work out so well as expected. Or perhaps I expect too much?

Could try to give a call to Gau zero950486479 to describe your needs. English ok.
