Only video I've seen so far is a quick grainy one from hotel CCTV where the alleged shooter runs past a few secret service agents and they draw their guns and point them his way. Surely there is more hotel security video..

Yeah, you would think that because it was all staged, they'd have better footage, and that showed Trump being heroic, rather than looking like a putz.

Or maybe because last time the photographers were ushered in to the right space just as the flag was lowered in to position to get the shot. That drew a lot of skepticism. So maybe they thought this time they'd better go to opposite way, only have blurry CCTV footage from 35 year old cameras.
