I'm considering sending £250K to purchase a property in Thailand.

I guess i need to put the reason as 'property purchase' on the paperwork when i send it to get the bank form, FET i think?

1. Must i stipulate an address of the property?

2. If it takes me 1 year ( or more ) does it matter, is there a time period that i must make a purchase?
