First of all, what good are California juries, anyhow?

They set OJ free after most people think he killed his wife.

And now, what about Sammy Boy?

Will the Crazy Californians set Evil Free to Roam our Society, once again?

America is the land that INVENTED Medicine Shows held in Tents, and Revival Meetings where charlatans would make lame men walk.

How lame is this, that Sammy Boy should be allowed to walk, scot-free?

Most people, although they use AI, don’t really know much about how it works.

They probably never even heard of Sammy Boy before recent months. They could not be bothered to delve into the details, and this even includes some ignorant college professors…not to mention JUDGES, too.

This decision is just too important to be left in the hands of DOLTS…..

I have a personal perspective on this. Was on patrol half mile away when the first call at 875 S. Bundy came out and it was dispatched to a a West LA unit. The original call was "prowler there now". We all know who the prowler was. Knew the first officer who arrived on scene. This trial can be played over and over again with AI but AI cannot predict how a downtown Los Angeles jury will act. It is not all CA juries but the ones in the Bay Area and in Los Angeles County are technically speaking "wacko". The criminal trial should have been held in the Santa Monica courthouse because the crime occurred in West LA but District Attorney Gil Carcetti had other ideas.

Maybe AI would produce a logical and legally sound verdict. Jury is also known as "12 people not smart enough to get out of jury duty".

Very few high ranking officials ever go to jail, no ex presidents or senators have ever gone to jail, and very few corporate titans ever go to jail regardless of their level of their fraud and corruption. Broken America?

OJ's guilt was there for all to see. LA's problem was that Garcetti did not assemble a dream team of his staff. Cochrane was able to do so not so much with OJ's money but from all the money they were going to make doing interviews and such.

The issue that Garcetti had was tht they felt they needed a black lawyer on the team to stand dna question. The trouble with that was they picked the wrong one. He was young and a hot head, easily controlled by Cochrane et al. The prosecution made mistakes along the way. The facts were never in doubt, and that is all AI can base itself on. They cannot base anything on presentation or rebuttal. The facts said guilty, the presentation said send in the clowns.

Years after the trial of the century I testified in a preliminary hearing where Chris Darden was the defense attorney. It was a minor DUI case. HIs career took a downward trajectory along with Lance Ito. Marsh Clark wrote some books and appeared on cable tv for a few years. Cochrane died of brain cancer 10 years later. Maybe he and the Juice are having a drink in the afterlife. Wherever the afterlife is for both.
