That's why we have google Calendar on our cell phones.

Never rely on reminded email and always enter "window open and due dates" into calendar.

Same also suddenly happened to me, and I had to visit the immigrations office. The IO told me that I should try to report earlier – I was too close to due date, some days in advance but not a week – next time "two weeks before" due date, she said. Since than I've done that, and it works well. So, what others have mentioned, more than one week before due date, preferably up to two weeks.

I suggest tad more than "preferably"

Do your online or mail 90 reports two weeks prior to due date.

When I apply the same day as I get the reminder mail, my application gets denied every time.

Shot today at Immigration of CW. This should be enough to terminate this topic forever. I suggest the admin to set this picture as a reference. Regards.

I was told that you cannot do it earlier than two weeks before, the reminder mail comes a day, or few days, before the two week limit.

15 days, according to the post immediately before yours.

Which in fact seems both helpfull and misleading.
