Check the cheapest thread. Discussed with the new link.

Where has the cheapest thread moved too?. I can't see it.

Looks like it's gone.

Correct, not true.

It is for me mids go for 13-15 baht slightly higher than FIS. I had problems ordering60 grams from them & now solely use BKK. Decent stuff decent price the 5-7 baht difference for me isn't an issue.

Quite wordy.

FIS prices currently, start from 3.5 baht. So that's already 10 baht less, according to your own price quote. Hardly "slightly higher".

is what you wrote initially. Which is misleading and obviously not true. Perhaps if you added the prefix of "If you are looking in the 13 to 17 baht range..."

I suppose it is possible that a certain strain was low in stock but I recently ordered 100g without problem, and have in the past as well, so larger orders are genuinely not a problem with Fis.

BKK Kush sound decent as well - the moral of the story is that we are spoiled for reasonably priced choices 🇹🇭🌲

My last 200g (4x50g) from FIS cost 920bht inc delivery.

It's good stuff too. 5bht and 3bht a gram.

I never was able to purchase from FIS not that I didn't want to but they said no on the first order with me because I ordered 1 gram of everything they had. The didn't explain to me that I needed to order more than 1 gram. After that on the 60 gram order the never wrote back so I gave up on them. I buy for taste not the Buzz.I asked the community in a post but no one ever said anything great about FIS besides price so it being evap weed I just assumed it was the same supplier just a few baht less. But even at that I found their mids to be about the same in taste as their exotics.

They sell greenhouse, evap and Aircon bud.

But they are bulk sellers, I've never bought smaller than 25g x 4 in any order.

Not if you have asthma reaction to mold. The Bangkok "OG" (kush) strain is virtually unsmokable due to the asthmatic reaction in my lungs. I'm guessing it's the density of the buds here in high humidity that increases spore count off the charts. Ironically the rosin of the exact same strain doesn't have the same effect, very clean, very early 90s sativa dominant Afghani influenced. I think the primary flowering period here September - early November is smack dab at the height of the rainy season, this very dirty air, lots of molds stirred up by the storms.

Or maybe it's just the strain, more sensitive to mold.

Anyone tried the Jelly Donuts at Shanti in Bangkok. It ain't cheap, but terpy out of this world, but Humboldt never let me down so far.

You really found some Humbolt. I would certainly be interested in some of that.

My last order was 2x5gm. Delivered the next day with no shipping charged. Just the right amount for the two weeks I needed it for.

Presumably it was fresh when you got it from B-Kush. You’re blaming the season for what is almost certainly a basic storage error. You need Mason jars and Boveda packs in Thailand. Store it properly and it’ll keep for 2.5 to 3 months without mold. Or double seal it in vacuum bags and throw it in the freezer. Complete cryo suspended animation. The season isn’t the problem. It’s the end user.

You're making assumptions that I don't know all that and more. Of course all my cannabis is stored at low temperature in humidity in Grove polylayer membrane bags. Of course I other strains equally dense like permanent marker that aren't asthmatic at all. Exact same growers, same storage conditions. No, this isn't from the vendor you mentioned. It's a high level strain criticism about a very sensitive strain like OG or at least the Bangkok version. I've gotten it from multiple growers, including the purple pheno. Same reaction. Jars are antiquated by the new Grove bags. Humidity packs can actually hurt you if you aren't careful. My Fun Fetti got a little but still smokable no asthma.

Not sure you know more than me.

I'm always happy to learn from those who do about cannabis.

I started with Grove bags before switching to mason jars and Boost packs. I didn’t find the bags very effective. The flower stays fresh a lot longer in jars, and the terpenes seem to disappear much faster in the bags. My place always smelled like a dispensary too until I switched to jars.

I use two humidity packs in every jar to help keep everything as fresh as possible. Maybe it’s a bit overkill, but why not? If you’re not constantly opening and closing the jars, the flower also stays fresher for longer.

These days I keep almost everything vacuum sealed in the freezer. I just pull out about a two week supply each time, transfer it to a jar, and let it sit for a couple of days so the buds can decompress and fluff back up a bit before I start grinding them. Nothing sits around very long with me these days anyway, so I don't worry about mold.

I don’t know about strains. The names change all the time and it never feels like it's the same stuff twice. So I only care about smell. If it smells like gas, I might buy it. If it smells fruity, I leave it.

These days I only buy indoor grown flower. I tried outdoor and EVAP a couple of times because it was cheap, but it wasn’t for me. Not much in the way of terpenes or trichomes, and it was always too dry.

My two satang... Happy puffing.

How long can you keep it in the freezer in vacuum bags? I plan on decarbing it after I take out of the freezer and use as an edible so 30g lasts about a year since I only need about .1g a night. It would be a perfect setup if I only needed to make yearly purchases.
