Having bought a new phone I went to SCB to get the app added.

Took passport, driving licence ATM which they asked for all...after 15 minutes or so of signing they then asked me to do facial recognition on the phone

We tried with various backgrounds, slowly, quickly at many different angles. 30 minutes later they said I need to uninstall and reset my "new phone" as there is some wrong with it

I went home tried myself and still no luck after doing what they said, checking my camera settings and also google.

Anyway I had a thought the passport photo is 6 years old, so I got some talcum powder put that on my face, wetted my hair....and bingo...it worked... unbelievable

I'm gonna struggle to trump that..................

I will go tell the staff at SCB tomorrow, maybe it will help if it happens with another customer

Bloody Thai apps, they're expecting everyone wears talcum powder on their face. 😂

Only at Songkran.
