Why would you bother wondering why? Texas isn't for wienies. I'm not a redneck, and hunting with a few has never been a problem. Your prejudice against them isn't going anywhere, as your experience comes from fear and not actual personal experience with them. I didn't say Texas has few rednecks. They aren't the majority, although some have misconceptions about what Texas is about, like you. People living in Texas come from all over, especially the last few decades, because the houses are cheaper than in California and the east coast, and it's better weather.
