Sounds great over there in the land of the free incarcerated and the home of the brave thug.

Sometimes you have to respond with violence when met with violence. Otherwise I guess 'we can just talk it out"? I'd rather be a thug with bravery than someone who just takes a punch to the face. When will the next attack on a British Police Officer occur? Based upon on the years they have been in the UK the migrants have learned a few things about British Police officers. For instance most will be be able to walk, talk and chew and punishment will probably not that severe if one attacks a police officer. This message has been implicitly conveyed loud and clear.

Watch this and vid and come back if you still thinkOur justice system is correct. The Rapist was a Muslim. This was a Two Tier case.

Are you posting in the right thread?

When you BEGIN with massive civil unrest, you should expect massive civil unrest in Europe, if there even is a Europe which survives.

This is only logical.

Europe, and the countries of Europe, are quickly losing the social cohesion that is crucial for survival.

Nobody cares for nor trusts nobody.

We are now entering a real-life world once depicted in The Lord of the Flies.

Clearly my opinion is something you could not ignore.

Your whole comment was a gross perjorative generalization, of the kind you absolutely would not tolerate were it made against at least one other ethnic/religious group I can think of.

Oddly the OP doesn’t mention ‘two tier policing’.

It’s about the crimes, conviction and sentencing of Mohammed Fahir Amaaz.

It’s not about the rape case referred to in the video clip you posted.

In past when I was on the job I had a Smith&Wesson 9mm with 45 rounds. Also, carried pepper spray, a Pr-24 Baton and a taser. I really feel for the British cops. Under equipped, outmanned and no support from the government. Who would want this job now? The pay seems rather low for what they have to do.

5ft 2" and less than 8 stone - DEI much? DEI in your face!

One of the (only) upsides to the muslim invasion is that, once they're the majority, this DEI BS ends.
No more kareny police officers trying to play girlboss nonsense.

Colleague 'Ellie' wanted to be a close protection officer? FFS.

English women watch wonder woman and tomb raider and forget their limitations.
The men who allowed them into these roles should be shot for allowing these women to act out their ridiculous fantasies..

She probably voted for this and would have happliy arrested you for 'acting overly white' or some other spurious BS before this incident.

PS. Did anyone else notice the size of that beak on the indian?
MASSIVE!

Always remember: The bigger the beak, the bigger the sneak!

Judges normally go hard on assaluts and murders of police but, since he's not white and is *allegedly* from a more oppressed minority than her, I guess they have to respect the new rules.

Indians beat white wimmin in victim olympics so I guess fair's fair.

It seems not hard enough 2005, when Stephen Lennon was found guilty of repeatedly kicking a police officer in the head, when the off duty cop (who produced his warrant card) intervened to stop him assaulting a woman. On 18th April 2005, in the Luton Crown Court, Lennon was convicted by a majority of 11-1 of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and by a majority of 10-2 of assault with intent to resist arrest. Got 14 months, he was out in 5 months. He had the gall to appeal. During his trial, it came out that his then girlfriend was a cocaine user, and that Lennon had a conviction for possession of cocaine. The jury was directed to disregard her evidence, because it was considered she was likely covering for him, given the history of drug convictions. He appeal was on the basis they should not have disregarded her evidence. Appeal dismissed

Should Lennon have had the book thrown at him? 5 months is nothing for hurting someone. You believe those who attack the police should be treated more harshly. So if you think 20 weeks is enough, does it mean you think if the victim wasn't a police officer, Lennon should have served 10 weeks, for assault?

Apparently he could actually only serve between 6-10 months of his 3.5 year sentence due to time already spent on remand and the UK's early release scheme with 40-50% off for good behaviour. Also, after viewing the attack, you would have to assume he has some prior boxing experience in the ring. He also has a boxer's nose, like he's been hit on it before.

Really-what a rubbish!

Calling for violence and physical harm to others is not a legal right. On the contrary, in the civilized world, it is a criminal offence. The woman incited arson and physical harm to hostel residents and public officials.

It is fair and equitable that time spent in custody, prior to a conviction, is taken into account when a custodial sentence is handed out. It is the same for all offenders. The time off for good behavior is not guaranteed for violent offenders.

You assume that he is a boxer. What evidence do you have other than his nose? I do not see him under any professional or amateur listings. He does not have a boxers nose. He is just a generic ugly man. In Manchester, on any given night there are violent idiots arrested for similar violence. Sometimes they under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and other times like this 21 year old male, they are just emotionally immature spoilt brats having a violent temper tantrum. It seems that he is the future of the UK.

Neither I, nor the prosecution said he hit the WPC because she was white; he was prosecuted for ABH under section 47, not section 29, and the maximum sentence for ABH under section 47 is 5 years in prison, which I think he should have received, especially considering he was convicted of two other assault charges, one of them on another female police officer.

As I said, I find it disturbing that you think his sentence is right and just, especially if you are a UK citizen.

His sentence was in line with similar offences and followed the sentencing guidelines.

I have not stated that his sentence is right. On the contrary, I would have deported him to Pakistan. However, the UK has its laws and the judge applied the law as it is written. If you are unhappy with the law and sentencing guidelines, change them.

assaulting two female police officers and attacking a member of the public during the chaotic incident at Manchester Airport's Terminal Two in July 2024.

'Take A Good Look At Me'

Addressing Amaaz directly in court, Sgt Lydia Ward described the lasting physical and emotional scars left by the attack.

She challenged him to look beyond her police uniform and see "a female" standing just 5ft 2in tall and weighing barely eight stone at the time of the assault.

Punch 3 .jpg

She shouldn't be a police officer.

Perhaps women shouldn't be police officers unless they can pass strength and emotional tests.

The guy is trash and should be severely vigilante justiced, but no way should women be police officers on beat patrol.

More stupid woke <deleted>.

Nonsense. Female officers are excellent in certain situations, much better than men. Obviously in a physical fist fight with a disgraceful violent thug, no. But in other situations, very much so. They are proven to be better in de-escalation for example.

They all lost control of the situation here, very unprofessional for armed airport police.

Absolute BS.
Other than for talking to victims of rapes / sexual assaults theyre a complete waste of space.

Even in that case the're probably useless as they're sCarEd of bEinG caLLed rAy's SiS ala Rotherham.

What else are they good for in your opinion?

Hormones and emotions all over the place depending on moon placement and tides.
It's scandalous thet women are allowed these jobs - she should STFU with the whining too - what did she expect?
It's bad enough that theyr'e allowed to be teachers but Army and Police - what a joke!

dE-esCaLAtIOn skills weren't much use in this case were they?
Doubt he pucnhed her in the face for no reason - she was probably giving it the large one - so many of these delusional geezerbird women about - it's at epidemic levels.
Thai women never play that game as their not so dumb.
A womens strenth is in her feminimity - maybe good at controlling babies and young kids but should leave the adults to the men.

Or equal rights = equal lefts. FAFO as they say

So, if he gets out in 6 months, you think that's a proportionate sentence? I think a lot of people would disagree with you and it doesn't set a very good deterrent to others.

Yes, I think he has some boxing experience after watching the video of him taking on and flooring several policemen in a matter of seconds. Do you really think someone who had never thrown a punch before could do that?

The only thing I could agree with you on in your argumentative post is his ugly face and schnozzer.

Like either of those acts are ever going to happen to me? You're talking about jail inmates after all. In everyday life, the Thai way of de-escalation will work just fine. Avoiding situations and circumstances that may lead to one getting "punched in the face" works even better.

In LOS if one keeps a low profile then the chances are very low. But as the saying goes "it is possible". It's not just inmates but anyone can be assaulted anywhere, anytime and by anyone. Sometimes "trouble comes knocking even though one takes all precautions.". Based upon my experience as a street cop in LA I can say this "most crime victims are innocent and did not do anything to warrant such violence that was directed at them".

You keep parroting the same excuse for defending this unduly lenient sentence, but you are being disingenuous in your defence of the judge.

Your statement that the the judge applied the law as it is written, deflects completely from the fact that it is the judge’s sole responsibility for sentencing.

It is not written in law that he should have sentenced this vile scumbag to 3½ years, so the law does not need changing, and the sentencing guidelines are for a maximum of 5 years for the ABH conviction alone; and I have no idea why you do not think that this appalling act of violence on two policewomen does not deserve the maximum sentence permissibly by law.

Indeed; and this is the conversation that both the UK muslim communities, and the left-wing activists want to shut down or ignore.

Muslim boys, particularly Pakistani boys, are taught from a very young age to subjugate women and treat them as second class within their insular communities; just ask any muslim woman that has had her divorce settled by a Sharia court, and notice how the overwhelming majority of the victims of so called “honour” killings, and HBA (honour based abuse) cases are female.

The boys grow up having no respect for any women apart from their mothers; even their own sisters do not escape the subjugation, and boys have been known to take part in the murder of their own sisters at the behest of the family hierarchy.

This culture is indoctrinated at a very young age and is irreversible, that is why it will always be incompatible with a civilised western society and will end with massive civil unrest in Europe.

Many will cry that @Eloquent pilgrim is exaggerating and being alarmist. I think that in this example of our "imported diverse cultures" he is actually accurate in his opinion.

This is a tiger we have allowed in our society. Trying to ride on a tiger never ends well.
