Japans Strict Immigration laws taking effect

An Indian guy living in Japan for 30 years and having a business the past 18 has had his visa refused. He hasn't got the capital and he decided to employ 2 indian nationals rather than a Japanese person. This is how it should be. UK, Europe, US, never see anyone but Indians working in indian restaurants..so much for DEI... personally I wouldn't be seen dead in a curry house, filthy, unhealthy muck. UK should adjust visas the same as Japan

The post started in Tokyo and somehow ended in the UK’s local curry house. That’s some impressive jet lag. ✈️😂

what about the ones here in Thailand, do they hire any locals, I don't think so but Thai law says they have to, it's amazing how they get around local laws around the world by just hiring their own people

But could be in any country.... seriously, have you ever seen anyone other than indians working in curry houses.. certainly lacking in DEI.

Japanese society is facing collapse, increasingly unable to provide the health and care services for its aged population.

On the upside Japan's hikikomori is perhaps an aspect of Japanese society with some here might share an affinity.
