You are a troll

This statement is indicative of an affliction of cognitive dissonance. You feel uncomfortable when posed with a valid question. The term “troll” is silly and a bit immature for having the lack to exercise a little mental fortitude to explain why you think the statement was antagonistic, baiting, provocative or instigating. The word “troll” is one of the lamest lazy descriptions ment as an uncivil derogative. Perhaps we, as myself can find better more meaningful descriptives?

Quit deflecting troll !

Finally, a journalist showing some backbone, but she should have been even tougher. Hopefully, others will follow her example and not let Trump get away with spewing lie after lie after lie. Every time he does it, they need to immediately stop him in his tracks and tag-team call him on it. The other day he lied and said the US was the only country in the world that allowed mail-in ballots. Total lie, dozens of countries use mail-in voting. Every time he does this, they need to pounce and not let it slide--way too much sliding has been allowed and we are paying for it.

It's a pity the journalists have been so timid in the past but they really need to step up and unite going forward and just not let Trump move on when he tells a blatant lie. Instead, the journalists, themselves, need to not move forward with other questions but just keep taking turns hammering him on the lie. If he walks out, so be it--he loses credibility and looks like the pathetic, crybaby he is every time he does that.

Don't fact check me when I'm lying, is what seems to have made him go apoplectic.

In the past, righties have argued women are too emotional to be President. Well, that tantrum by a guy who appears to be batsh!t crazy, and definitely unhinged, might lay that to rest.

If he had the same initial Cabinet he had in 2017 (Mattis, Tillerson, Pompeo et al) the 25th would have been invoked early Monday morning. Sadly, all he has are groveling sycophantic weenies in his Cabinet today, so he still gets to keep his finger on the nuclear button.

His continual misogyny in indicative of a woeful inferiority complex regarding women. So quick with his anger and epithets like "stupid", when it's a female. I think Stormy really did get to the root of his insecurity (as did Marco Rubio in the first R debate in 2016): "Not quite freakishly small, but well below average".

Maybe that is why he was such besties with Epstein, and why the woman interviewed 4 times by the FBI claimed he tried to get a shakuhatchi from her, when she was way underage. A child probably wouldn't know what a real man is supposed to pack.

A suggestion on how reporters SHOULD respond to Trump when he does this kind of sheit.

The reason they don't is they want to save their access to him because although he's an insane monster, he is the president, and the press needs access to cover him.

Well, in this case she's lost access to him anyway.

How great would it have been if she responded as Vlad Vexler suggests?

Your mention of the current Cabinet brings out this recent post I kept that reinforces how unqualified the weenies are:

Pete Hegseth

  • Background: TV presenter and National Guard service

  • Criticism: Lacks senior command or Pentagon management experience typically expected for overseeing one of the world’s largest military bureaucracies.

  • His confirmation was contentious, with concerns raised even by members of his own party.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

  • Background: environmental lawyer and activist

  • Criticism: No medical or public health administration experience; widely criticised for controversial positions on vaccines.

Tulsi Gabbard

  • Background: former congresswoman

  • Criticism: Limited intelligence community experience; scrutiny over foreign policy positions.

Kristi Noem

  • Background: state governor

  • Criticism (from reporting): selection seen by some insiders as politically motivated rather than based on security expertise.

Linda McMahon

  • Background: former wrestling executive

  • Criticism: limited background in education policy or administration.

Howard Lutnick

  • Background: Wall Street executive

  • Criticism: strong private-sector experience, but less experience in public economic governance.

Sean Duffy

  • Background: former congressman and media personality

  • Criticism: limited direct experience in transport systems or infrastructure management

Being ex Green Beret doesn't seem to be the worst start for a role concerned with counter terrorism.

Not exactly my most popular post !😂.

Kidding aren't you. MSM interviews Democrats vs MSM interviews Trump or any republican for that matter. We all know who gets the softball questions. The MSM are a propaganda arm of the Democratic Party to the extent they'll replace the cackling idiot's word salad with something that seems reasonable and thoughtful. Someone wrote it for her obviously. Cost a pretty penny that did to the tune of $16m.

BTW the Mayoral race in LA stinks to high heaven.

So if the elections are rigged, how did you become President, Mr President?

Good one. Would love to hear a journalist ask him that question but we all know he would get his panties in a knot and attack the journalist for being stupid fat dumb for asking the question.

As for the latest meltdown claiming fbi agents ushered the jan 6 thugs into the capitol perhaps she should have reminded the demented potus that he was president until jan 20 so the fbi was under his control for four full years. DUH.

Maybe she should have also tried to remind mr dementia that he himself voted via mail in ballot. Of course if she had attempted to point that out to him he likely would have thrown his full diaper at her called her a stupid cxnt or worse and had HIS fbi goons harass or arrest her. And maga cheers.

The thing about FOX is they're one conservative news outlet in a sea of MSM which anyone who says isn't biased towards the progressive left has lost the plot. As for Karoline Leavitt she IS gorgeous.

But they do that because Trump is lying all the time. If the interviewee lies, he gets fact checked.

I don't remember Dem interviewees telling fake numbers such as fake inflation rates, lying about imaginary election fraud, etc.. like Trump always does. 😂

Interesting. Do you recall the Presidential debate.

AI Overview

During the September 2024 presidential debate, ABC News moderators faced heavy criticism for live fact-checking President Donald Trump multiple times while not directly issuing any real-time fact checks for Vice President Kamala Harris.

However, independent and journalistic fact-checkers quickly reviewed Harris's remarks following the broadcast. They found several of her claims needed context or were misleading:

  • Fracking: Harris denied she would ban fracking, but did not address her earlier 2019 statements where she explicitly said she favored a ban before later reversing her position.

  • Military Combat Zones: Harris claimed there were no U.S. military service members in active combat zones. Fact-checkers noted this was false, pointing out that U.S. troops in Iraq and Syria are operating in active threat areas and have been targets of deadly fire.

  • National Abortion Ban: Harris asserted that if elected, Trump would sign a national abortion ban. Fact-checkers rated this misleading, as Trump has repeatedly promised not to sign a federal ban and stated the issue should be left to the states.

  • Unemployment: Harris claimed Trump left office "with the worst unemployment rate since the Great Depression." CNN fact-checkers identified this as false, noting that the COVID-19 pandemic caused record-high unemployment at the end of his term.

Many viewers felt the moderators' on-stage approach favored Harris, while Trump's campaign and other conservative figures heavily criticized the network for not being balanced in their interjections.

And you only found four? Nothing that compares with Trump continuously lying

  1. Fracking: not a lie. She had the right to change her mind. Actually, production increased under her vice-Presidency

  2. Military: it depends how you define active combat zones.

  3. Abortion ban: ok

  4. Unemployment: ok

Now let's compare with what Trump was checked for (also from AI). Do you think that it shouldn't have been fact-checked?

  1. Abortion claimModerator: Linsey Davis

What Trump said:

That Democrats — including Harris’s running mate — support “execution after birth.”

Moderator correction:

“There is no state in this country where it is legal to kill a baby after it's born.”

2. Haitian immigrants in Springfield, OhioModerator: David Muir

What Trump said:

That Haitian immigrants were “eating the dogs” and “eating the cats” of local residents.

Moderator correction:

ABC contacted Springfield officials, who reported no credible reports of pets being harmed by immigrants.

3. Crime rates Moderator: David Muir

What Trump said:

Crime in this country is through the roof.”

Moderator correction:

The FBI reports that violent crime is decreasing, not increasing.

4. 2020 election / ‘lost by a whisker’Moderator: David Muir

What Trump said:

Claimed he was being “sarcastic” when he said he “lost by a whisker.

Moderator correction:

Muir noted he reviewed the footage and “did not detect sarcasm,” and reminded viewers that 60 court cases found no widespread fraud.
