June 22Jun 22 Conservative commentator Tucker Carlson says he no longer supports the Republican Party, citing what he described as a lack of loyalty to the United States among party leaders.Break With the GOPGet today's headlines by email Speaking on the "Can't Be Censored" podcast, Carlson said he would not support Republican candidates in future elections."I would not support the Republican Party, there's no chance," Carlson said. "Not because I support the Democratic Party. I don't know what I'm going to do."Criticism of Party LeadershipCarlson argued that Americans should not support a political party they believe is not acting in the country's interests."It's not possible to vote for people like that and I'm not going to," he said. The former Fox News host said he had voted Republican throughout his life and spent decades defending the party, but now believes its actions are indefensible."I've been a consistent defender for 35 years of the Republican Party, but there's no defending this because it's immoral," Carlson said.Split With Trump Over IranCarlson's break with the party follows a growing rift with President Donald Trump over U.S. policy toward Iran. June 23Jun 23 The GOP is morally and ethically bankrupt. They have sacrificed all standards in order to pay fealty to their new king. It is pretty embarrassing and quite an astonishing thing to witness. During the 20 years that Clinton, Obama and Biden were president, as a Centrist Democrat I was constantly criticizing their policies. I see so little of that coming from Republicans these days much less MAGA.

If he did this 40 years ago the right-wing fear factory would be livid with "stay there, you Commie b_stard!!"At the end of the day it is an act of patriotism, his absence makes the US a better place. Wish he would elope with Jeanine Pirro.
June 23Jun 23 There goes Tucker... "Out of the tent, pissing in."Until now, he was "In the tent, pissing out."

June 23Jun 23 Never understood the 'all one party' voting, when I did vote, but only local elections. Now, since they are so far apart on some issues, it might make sense, if one party leans toward the 1 or 3 issues that apply to your life.Dems are just looney left: DEI, transgender BS, socialist, open borders, no firearmsReps are war mongers, (as are Dems), so same in that, along with both self serving corruption.Reps ... the few positives... keep more what you earn... less regulation... protected borders... 2nd Amendment
June 23Jun 23 Tucker Carlson's net worth is estimated to be between $30 million and $150 million. That says alot.
June 23Jun 23 Not sure if he was bought by Qatar, Russia, Dems, or just went full on lunatic - but the guy is clearly out to hurt Republicans at the Midterms. Wouldn't be surprised if it's either the Muslim or Dem agenda behind this. Sadly larger and larger portions of the Democratic party are being hijacked by Progressives and Muslims who both hate America. Hope they do not get their way.

June 23Jun 23 Cut the chase Tucker. Call out Trump. He is the biggest influence to the party and he is not putting America’s interests first. The rest of the party are lemmings mindlessly follow Trump. If Tucker has the gumption, speak out against the electoral college which is outdated and a threat to democracy.

However, we must recognize that the US federal budget is excessively large and requires significant trimming. Democrats are focused on expanding social programs without considering their fiscal impacts. The largest issue facing the country is the aging population and the rising costs which will be passed onto the younger generation.

This includes: Social Security MedicareMedicaid Veterans' benefits Federal retirement programs Income support programs Interest on the debt These programs account for 74% of the federal budget. If you're interested in reading up on something scary, check out reports on future projects related to the growth of Social Security and Medicare. Then come back to me and tell me how the Democrats are serious people. As I said, these budget issues will be a burden on the younger generation.
