My Thai GF has a vested interest in keeping me alive for as long as possible.

So, you pay as you go. Wise move. It's the ones that have already handed over all their money that they would rather see gone.

So does her family, who would step in if she went before me.

Statistically improbable, given the fact I am already past the average life expectancy of an Australian male.

I mentioned the possibility, not the probability.

I agree with you on probability, but you dismissed it as an impossibility, which it is not.

Whether her family will help has already been put to the test a couple of times.

A short need of care is a lot different to permanent and intensive care until death.

Speaking as someone who might need this service soon it likes we have some great options locally at @ 30,000 a month. Why would anyone want to back to the UK/USA.

Given you have said he is in good health for his age, and still is of sound mind, have you considered actually asking him what his wishes are?

Why so negative? Don't you have anything better to do with your life, than haunt ASEAN?

I know the truth can be difficult to confront, especially for those only just coming to grips that their girl is not different. 😂

Who gave you the god-like powers to determine what truth is?

Noted- question unanswered.

Your ability to know all about somebody's life is impressive🤣

No idea why this was downvoted. Gives the OP somewhere to start. I'd visit each of these places until you find one that you think would be magic for him. He's picking Pattaya to be close to you? What about his family ties abroad, would they just never see each other again this life?

Agree, if your numbers are realistic they would indicate that someone could make it with about 100K, that's interesting. My guess is that some people would think this is too much, while back home 4000 to 5000 USD a month are needed, with the extra benefit of abusive caregivers..

And from that you know everything about him, his girlfriend and her family to enable you to post your all knowing comments on his posts...uncanny.
