Cost for 180 days is 1800 baht a day. Includes room and 3 meals plus weights and excursions. Training twice a day.

Hardly expensive. A typical one on one lesson in Thailand is 600 baht.

If you want meditation without Muay Thai, try Wat Pha Nanachart (the forest monastery of many nations) https://www.watpahnanachat.org/ The program is free unless you wish to donate whatever amount you chose to donate. Minimum 3 day stay with longer stays arranges after discussing with the abbot. Steer clear of any temple advertising meditation programs for a fee. There are plenty of "meditation retreats" like this in Thailand, especially Chiang Mai. When Theravada Buddhism goes commercial, it is no longer true Theravada Buddhism.

I have seen health retreats up to 100k a month all included, also full medical check included hormones and peptides.
