"Thai police documents, sighted by Stuff, alleged the woman (who Stuff has chosen not to name) was at the domestic passenger screening checkpoint at Surat Thani International Airport.

After her screening, she forgot to retrieve the watch and boarded her flight.

Upon realising the watch was missing, police say CCTV footage revealed that a man, later identified as Rainger, took the watch from the security tray and left with it."

Did he steal the watch whilst it was in the owners possession or did he find an unattended watch ?
