You can see the problem, she has very shapely legs and decided to wear ultra-tight trousers. He should sue her for contributory negligence.

Yes, good for her having the courage to make the complaint and push for action, and good that the guy was denied entry. Boarding procedures should not sit women travelling alone next to men.

Police Lieutenant Colonel Chamnanyut Konkong, of Don Mueang district police station, said the suspect had been denied entry to Thailand. He said the complainant was interviewed and that officers would first seek mediation between the parties, which he described as normal procedure.

There must be something in this for the police too like a mediation fee. An incident involving the son of an in-law (stabbed to death) was supposed to be mediated. The two parties met with police as mediators and I believe a fee was expected for the service. In the end though, and after only a few minutes, the offending party started name dropping "do you know who we are?" "I am calling my (hi so sponsor)" and so the parties didn't agree, talks called off, and no money changed hands.

Actually the problem is, that he was never taught respect for women as a child, likely having an absent or abusive father who demeaned his mother in front of him many times, ingraining in him an entitlement to look at women as objects for his pleasure, no restraint in public at all, and a sick perversion with other possibilities of deviant behavior around women. It doesn't matter what any woman wears. they are off limits to everyone without their permission.

Hardly, everyone knows men suffer from a crippling, overbearing and intense sexual urge, whether they were taught Algebra, fishing or respect for women. It doesn't matter what you teach, a man will be subject to this intense sexual urge. And women KNOW this. This is precisely why they wear tight trousers and mini-skirts. Unfortunately this poor guy fell like a moth to the flame. Seeing the photo I can see what his problem was, these ultra-tight trousers.

I would think many men have an intense sexual urge, which can easily be achieved with a willing partner in the privacy of a room or house. Attracting a man wearing tight clothes, makeup, the walk, flirting and words said isn't a problem, as that's the art of seduction. His problem was exactly what I stated. Perversion, lack of restraint and respect for women, which can also lead to rape and worse.

I've seen thousands of very sexy, hot and seductive women in my life, and never once thought they were my property to use. Acting like a man gets men sex. Acting like a boy sees them use and objectify women.

Teaching your sons, or grandchildren if a father isn't around, from day one what a woman is, and the respect they deserve, doesn't have them becoming adults and doing this.

Poor guy doesn't describe him. Sexual deviant who should be jailed, blacklisted and deported, registered as a sexual offender, and banned from Thailand permanently.

That seems extremely harsh. Deviant? So homosexual sex is fine but masturbation is now deviant? He didn't involve a dog, horse or get out his BDSM kit, did he? He was just overcome on a long flight by the sight of a woman, who for some reason on a long flight decided to wear very, very tight trousers. Clearly this man was a victim. Women, again and again entrap men like this, with ultra tight clothing, mini skirts and high heels, and then look what she did, got him denounced to police. His whole life ruined. And for what? A quick rub out. I mean it's ludicrous. He should really sue her for contributory negligence, wearing such tight clothing when you have such attractive legs is clearly done on purpose.

There’s a secondary lesson to be learned here. One should not take sleeping aids when flying, especially if you are responsible for children, other travel companions, or are carrying value items onboard with you. IMO, the risk - benefits don’t add up.

Masturbation in private is what most people do. Doing it in public is deviant behavior.

That man IS a victim, from bad or absent parenting. He's also a pervert who should be prosecuted and listed, so others who live near him know of his behavior, if at all possible where he's from.

In America, you can get a listing of all sexual deviants in seconds, to make your children aware of who to avoid.

Wearing sexy clothing and acting sexy is what women do to find a partner. No woman deserves to be treated as an object.

This man can possibly get help to control his behavior, but those around him should be aware so they also don't become victims. HE did something that can ruin his life. The woman was being a woman, showing off what she has, which isn't a reason to be accosted.

Good point. Also the flight from Dubai to Bangkok is only 6 hours or so and you'd be very groggy when you awake for landing.

Not to mention if there happened to be an in flight emergency, or an emergency evacuation required. But mostly, if one is caring for children you need all your faculties practically all of the time.

Well, it was probably dark on the plane, the lines between private and public are very blurred on a plane. One tries to cocoon one's self in an imaginary privacy to escape the reality of being perched in a public place like sardines. Yes, granted, it was unusual to partake in this act on a plane, but he probably thought it was semi-private, that nobody would see it.

It just came to my attention that she took drugs and made herself appear unconscious, so this, coupled with wearing ultra tight trousers, means she objectified herself really, almost made herself appear like an object. She clearly was contributorily negligent.

Victims? What did this woman really endure? She wasn't forcibly raped was she? She was at the bad end of a semen ejaculation incident, sure, and got touched fleetily while unconscious. She'll probably live much as before. Whereas this man's life is now ruined for good. The man is the victim here, not the woman. Yes, women will be women and will dress provocatively, as this woman did, but then to call the police on him? That just smacks of vindictiveness.

We don't know if he's really a pervert. He could be. But we don 't know for sure. All we know is he saw a woman wearing very provocative, ultra-tight, trousers, who had taken drugs and was probably lying very provocatively, and the sight of this aroused in him a very natural sexual urge. We also know the woman then proceeded to have him arrested, handcuffed and banned from Thailand. And you all support this female aggression against a fellow man, it's disgusting.

He did this in a public setting, touching a woman and depositing on her. That's illegal, perverse and should be prosecuted for. There are laws that prevent men from touching a female, which make total sense. It's their bodies and they have the right to not have any random weirdo touching them without permission. A man that thinks they can touch strangers isn't a man but a boy who again, wasn't taught respect or restraint. lack of restraint can lead from this behavior to rape.

Her using sleeping medicine wasn't a smart idea, seeing she had a child there, but doesn't give any pervert the right to touch her.

That man did what made his life change. The woman was traveling with a child, and an innocent bystander. The difference between a man and a weirdo is restraint. Wanting a woman isn't a problem, nor is fantasizing about her. Touching without permission is. It doesn't matter what HE thought was right or wrong, as he's a sexual deviant. What he DID was wrong. She reported and wants prosecution, of that deviant, which is right and her right. Not a good thing sticking up for a sexual deviant.

That absurd idea would only accommodate males of a certain religion who cannot control themselves when they see any female who isn't in a burka or a hijab.

For example, on a recent flight from HKG to MAN, I was seated next to a single woman traveller, both of us in our retirement.

Yes, obviously it was technically illegal, however, did those laws envisage a man being on a plane touching arms with the woman, her wearing ultra-tight pants and moaning provocatively whilst under the influence of drugs, barely conscious? No, those laws did not have these circumstances in mind. We need to use our common sense when such incidents happen, and in this case, sure the man lost a bit of self control, but he's hardly a violent rapist or a perverted Marquis de Sade. He didn't hurt her, he didn't penetrate her, forcibly or otherwise. He was the victim of his intense sexual urge. Some of us suffer the same problem, and I can tell you it's not easy to control this beast.

Yes, agreed, obviously this should not happen. But happen it did. So the man could then apologize, the woman could gracefully accept his apology and both could move on. Why does she have to get him put in handcuffs, deported and banned from Thailand. That seems completely over the top for the nature of the offence.

Of course I would hope not, but who is to say if I'm on a long flight, and see a very attractive woman in provocative, sexy pants, who was perhaps friendly to me and seemed to encourage me, who's to say what could happen? You've never heard of the mile-high club? It happens.

Controlling that "beast" is what separates a man from a deviant. Not technically illegal but illegal period. Who said she was moaning provocatively, and even if she was semi conscious and dreaming about someone, still doesn't give anyone the right to touch her, nor masturbate in public.

A man who masturbates in public next to a woman faces criminal charges for public indecency, obscenity, and sexual harassment. Specific charges and penalties depend on local laws, and in places like Thailand, acts of public obscenity or sexual harassment in public carry fines, imprisonment, or potential visa revocation for foreigners.

Potential Charges

  • Public Indecency / Obscenity: Exposing oneself or performing a sexual act in a public view.

  • Sexual Harassment: Unwanted sexually charged behavior, gestures, or visual acts directed at a person in public causing distress or alarm.

  • Disorderly Conduct: Disturbing the public peace and violating community standards of conduct.

Typical Penalties

  • Fines: Monetary penalties ranging from small local fines up to substantial amounts depending on the jurisdiction.

  • Imprisonment: Ranging from short jail terms for minor public nuisances to several years if prosecuted under specific public sexual harassment or lewd conduct statutes.

  • Sex Offender Registration: In many legal systems, public masturbation and indecent exposure require mandatory registration as a sex offender.

  • He didn't just touch her butt, which could have an apology and her forgiving.

  • What he did was demean a woman, do an illegal act in a public setting, and touch her while doing it. Arrest, jail, fine, deport, registered.

  • What you said, "But it clearly contributed to her already provocative behaviour. In addition to wearing very tight trousers, she was probably drooling, moaning and writhing around sexily. Is it any wonder this man was aroused?" Is the product of your own imagination, and nothing to do with her whatsoever.

  • Wearing tight clothes is done by millions of women, from wanting to show themselves off, which doesn't give any man the right to act like this weirdo did. keep it in your mind, and you won't be embarrassed nor spend time in jail , along with being labeled a deviant.
