Even if they know her name already, that isn't how the police in England operate.

They only routinely name suspects after they have been formally charged with a criminal offense, and they will withhold names prior to that unless there is an exceptional public interest reason.

Seems like the attacker wasn't an immigrant , if the attacker was an immigrant then the four stabbed people would have been arrested .
